I normally don’t rework things, but I felt some tweaks were needed. Now I can sleep.
For those who are interested, this is hand painted in photoshop based off of a photograph :) Goodnight!

Haha Yah…

Been working on a number of things. Stay tuned.

[Edit]: Ok, so I have 4 architecture scenes, a minecraft scene, and a stylized character that I’m working on at the moment. I’m trying to divide my time as best I can, but it’s hard to juggle CG work with school, AP testing, SAT prep, and working out 3 days a week. I hope to at least have one of the architecture scenes done this weekend though so keep an eye out!

[Double Edit]: Finals and the SAT crept up on me, I should have some new things up soon, but no promises!

Thought I would make a meme. Enjoy.

What have I been up to?

Well I finally cracked about a week ago and jumped back into the CG world. I missed it too much.

At the moment I am doing some architectural visualization. The kitchen I made earlier was an unaided attempt at it(I’ll tell you more about it when I think I’m done with it). It has turned out allright so far, but to get a professional understanding of the process I have started following the architectural visualization tutorial series on CG cookie. So far (about half way through) I have learned a great deal and it has definitely been worth the 10 dollars for a one month membership.

If I can scrape enough money together by the deadline I plan to join the Nature Academy tutorial series by Blender Guru. After following his free tutorial on creating animated grass I realize (with the help of Andrew’s insightful teaching) that creating nature is not as complicated as one first suspects.

I’m optimistic for the future.

Work in progress. I still need to find a texture for the top cabinets and change the vent and add more assets to the scene.
